Self Clinching Studs

Its materials are generally stainless steel, carbon steel, and copper. Copper material can be divided into H59 copper and H62 copper. Stainless steel materials can be divided into SUS304 and SUS303 or SUS302.
During use, a small hole needs to be made in the thin plate, the self clinching stud is put into the hole. When the riveting equipment is used to press the head in parallel and evenly, because the head of the self clinching stud is embossed with teeth, the thin plate deforms around the pressure riveting screw and bites with the tooth pattern, thereby forming a firm external thread.
